We are currently building a new Solid Stone Villa on a plot of land we purchased in 2016. We will place photos showing progress but we don't expect it to be ready until some time next year (2019). The new Villa will have three bedrooms along with its own private swimming pool.

As you can see below the house has a roof on and the builder hit his target date to complete stage 6 by  end of May 18.

Very pleased with the build quality , features added such as round windows and solid stone steps to the side of the Villa. The best  feature is the flat roof terrace which has truly amazing views across the gauge on one side and towards the Northern coast and the small costal town of Kalives.
